How the Program Works

1. We send or transfer your prescription
Your Mainely Primary Care provider determines if your medication is on the program list and appropriate for home delivery or urgent care coverage. For home delivery, our team works directly with Manifest Pharmacy to set up your prescription.

2. Free home delivery or local pickup
Maintenance medications are shipped to your home for free in 90-day supplies. Urgent care medications can be picked up at your local participating pharmacy, often the same day.

3. Refills made simple
The pharmacy contacts you before you run out of medication to coordinate refills, ensuring you stay on track with your treatment plan.
