Self-Scheduling

Virtual Visit

We encourage virtual visits as a convenient, accessible way to receive care.  So much of primary care can be done without disrupting your day, causing you to miss work or leaving the comfort of your home.  Schedule a virtual visit for everything from lab follow ups, skin rashes or minor complaints of any sort.  

In-Person Visit

Whether preference or suffering a symptom that is better assessed in person, we welcome you in the clinic.  Annual physicals, orthopedic injuries, respiratory symptoms lasting longer than 10 days, abdominal pain or any more concerning symptom are often better assessed in person.

We love to hear from you, and responding to you promptly and intentionally is always our goal. Connecting with your provider should be intuitive and reliable, so we've outlined the best ways to reach us, whatever your situation in a HIPAA compliant way.

  • Please refrain from text or call unless experiencing an issue that needs an URGENT response. 

We will respond as soon as we possibly can.  If you do not receive a response in a timely manner please proceed to the nearest emergency room or acute care center.  

All provider calls and texts must go through our HIPAA compliant number. Be sure to read the auto-reply, which may have specific instructions on reaching your provider if they are away from the clinic. Calls and texts to your providers personal cell will not be responded to.
